You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 9:00 am, to be held via Zoom.
Documents (as well as the Zoom link) related to this meeting can be found on the secure website, https://summitowners.net/annual-meetings/.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting according to the bylaws of the Association is to elect new member(s) to the Executive Board and to provide a year-end financial report for the previous fiscal year (in this case, the year ended 04/30/26).
There are three (3) openings on the Executive Board, and seven owners are interested in serving. Attached are the letters of interest from the candidates. (The terms of Karen Geraghty, Joyce LaRoche, and Sean Carpenter are expiring. All three are running for re-election.)

- Submit your specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by mailing them to the Grand Summit Condo Owners Assn., PO Box 4500, Newry, ME 04261. It must arrive on or before 5PM on Friday, September 18, 2026; or
- Submit your specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by e-mailing them to Owner Services at ownerservices@sundayriver.com. It must arrive on or before 5PM on Friday, September 18, 2026; or
- Submit your vote during the Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, via Zoom.
