NOTICE: There are three (3) open positions on the Executive Board of the Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association, as of the annual meeting on September 19th, 2026. These are elected positions and are open to all Grand Summit Hotel homeowners in good standing.
If you are interested in running for the Summit Condominium Owners Association Board of Directors, please submit a letter of interest and brief resume to Owner Services, via email at ownerservices@sundayriver.com, and the board’s secretary, Joyce LaRoche at grandsummitjoyce@gmail.com. Letters and resumes need to be received no later than Thursday, August 20th, 2026, to be processed for the annual meeting in September.
Responsibilities of board members include attending the annual meeting in September, the annual budget meeting held in the spring, and regular board meetings periodically throughout the year to conduct official board business. Officers are elected following the annual meeting in September.
