The Owner Services team is here to serve our valued Jordan owners throughout the winter. Joelle, Lisa and Chelsea are available 7 days a week and can provide the following services to owners:
- Reservation changes, cancellations, confirmations
- Owner contact information updates

- Credit Card Maintenance Fee (dues) Payments via phone
- Rental income questions, statement questions, tax information questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my check out date through the Owners portal? No. You can only book owners stays. To make changes, please contact Owner Services.
What does in-house mean? In house means there is currently a retail reservation in your unit.
Why does it say ‘Owner not allowed to book’? This can happen for a few different reasons. 1. Owner Services needs to adjust a setting in your account. 2. The room type you are looking to book is filling up. Contact Owner Services to book your unit. 3. Your desired check in date is less than 72 hours away.

For non-emergency maintenance requests please complete the Owner Maintenance Request Form and the Owner Services team will initiate your request. For emergency maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the Front Desk by dialing ‘0’ or 207.824.3500.

Assign Rental Income to Your Maintenance Fees
When you assign rental income, we apply rental income towards the balance of your maintenance fees.
To sign up please fill out and return the assignment of rental income form to Owner Services. Assignment of rental income paperwork can also be found on the HOA Documents page.
Rental Income Direct Deposit
We are now offering direct deposit of your rental check!
To sign up please fill out and return the direct deposit paper work including a voided check to Owner Services. Direct deposit paperwork can also be found on the HOA Documents page.

Your Newly Renovated Owners’ Lounge!
The Crown Club renovation is complete! We have had a great time showing off your newly renovated Owner space through morning coffee hours and afternoon cocktail hours. Thank you to all who attended!

Model Room Completed
After a great deal of planning, hard work and anticipation, the Grand Summit Model Room is now complete and ready to be showcased to owners! We will have the Model Room available for Open Houses for Saturdays throughout the month of March, with a midweek date later in the month to be announced. We will also have a virtual tour and additional pictures available soon. We can’t wait to share the updated space with you and hear your feedback!

The Last Run Room is back and better than ever! Owners get priority reservations in an Igloo from 5-9 when they make a reservation two weeks ahead of their desired reservation date. Please reach out to Owner Services to reserve. Check out Resort Dining options for more information.
Jordan 8 is in!
The long-awaited Jordan 8 has been live since December 26th 2022. So far, it has been an asset to skiing at the Jordan Bowl and has been enjoyed by many guests, as well as Betty and Eddy.
Up next, Barker 6 Winter 2023/2024
The Barker 6, one of the most advanced and fastest 6-person chairlifts in North America, will take to the slopes for the winter of 2023-24. A Doppelmayr D-Line design, the lift will feature ergonomic heated seats, an automatically lowering and locking restraining bar, weather-blocking bubbles in our signature Sunday River Red, and improved wind resistance.
Servicing beloved terrain from White Cap to North Peak, the Barker 6 will whisk skiers to the summit of Barker Mountain, providing a fast and comfortable ride from one of the most popular base areas at the resort.

Our favorite time of day to visit: I prefer going as soon as they open at 5!
Our favorite menu item: Spicy Tofu Tempura Roll to start, Bokkeum with Chicken for an entree, and their strawberry fried ice cream for a dessert.
Our favorite thing about Cho Sun: I like that Cho Sun fits any mood I’m setting for a meal. The front of the house is a more intimate and romantic atmosphere. The back has a bar that has sports playing with music and lots of laughs.
In Maine, Rocks are a Girl’s Best Friend.
SUNDAY RIVER GEMS has been a staple in the Bethel area since opening in 1992. They offer a variety of rock specimens (mostly local), jewelry, and home décor. Their hours may vary. Get Your Energy at Black Diamond Nutrition
Black Diamond Nutrition is our Owner Services Manager, Lisa’s, new favorite spot in town. Located at 32 Parkway Road in Bethel, they offer energizing tea, hydrating tea, protein shakes, protein iced coffee perfect for a refreshment before or after a day on the slopes. They are open 7 days a week.
South Wing Happy Hour
Along with exciting renovations in the Owners Crown Club and the Model Room, Sunday River has completely renovated the Grand Summit ballroom. Join us on Saturday, April 8 for South Wing Happy Hour for conversation and a tour a tour of our spectacular new ballroom!
