Below are some tips to help you navigate the Owner Portal website. If you have additional questions or need help navigating the site, please contact the Owner Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Logging in – You will need to log in with the email address that is on file for your account. If you are unsure which email is currently associated with your account or need to create a new log in, please contact email@example.com.
Announcements – New/Important resort information.
Owner Reservations – View reservation details and confirmation numbers for past, cu
rrent, and upcoming owner stays.
Availability Calendar – View when your unit is available/booked for your owned weeks. Also allows you to book owner reservations.
Documents – Copies of owner calendars, Space Available policy, other important documents.
Profile – Update passwords, mailing address, etc.
Account – View currently owned rooms.
Availability Calendar –
Unavailable/Out of Contract – Not owned week
Available – Owned week, open for bookings
In-House – Guest or Owner in room
Booked – Reserved for owner use OR booked by rental guest*
*When room shows as “booked,” hover over the desired dates. If a reservation number is present, it is your reservation. If no reservation number shows, the room has been rented.
Room Booked by Hotel Guest:
Making a Reservation –
- To book a reservation, be sure “booking type” is set to “Owner Booking.”
- Click on desired Check In and Check Out dates:
- Click “Search”
- Select rate and complete any additional steps.
You should receive a confirmation email once the room has been booked.
*PLEASE NOTE – If you own a lockout and are looking to book both sides of the unit, you will need to repeat the process for each side of the room.
In the upper right hand corner, you will find a drop down menu from which you can select each of your owned rooms.
