As we head into winter, we want to introduce you to the team that will be serving you this winter in Owner Services. Our newest addition, Lisa, joins two veteran favorites on the team, Joelle and Chelsea! We look forward to serving you this winter.

Grand Summit Owners’ Mug Club
The Camp Mug Club is exclusive to Grand Summit Owners only. You receive a 20oz Mug and will receive mug club specials through out the winter including a free appetizer of your choice at the time of purchase. The cost of the mug club is $40.00 for the year January 1 to December 31. Stop by the bar at Camp to sign up! Please contact Owner Services with any questions.

Need Something Fixed?
For non-emergency maintenance requests please complete the Owner Maintenance Request Form and the Owner Services team will initiate your request. For emergency maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the Front Desk by dialing ‘0’ or 207.824.3500.
Direct Deposit
We are now offering direct deposit of your rental checks.
To sign up please fill out and return the direct deposit paper work including a voided check to Owner Services. Direct deposit paperwork can also be found on the HOA Documents page.
Owner Amenity Keys
We are excited to announce the Owner Key program. Owner Keys will give you access to the owner locker room, crown club, and the health club without having to stop by the front desk each time. Owner keys will deactivate at the end of every month and to reactivate your key for the nest month all you need to do is stop by the front desk. Stop by the front desk to get your RFID Owner Key today!

Jordan 8 Progress
Splice splice baby. The Sunday River team recently lent a few muscles to help get the Jordan 8 haul rope in place and ready for the lift to open in the coming weeks.
Après Aglow Opening Thanksgiving Weekend
Walking in a Winter Wonderland! Conveniently located behind Sunday River’s Grand Summit Hotel, Après Aglow is opening for the season Thanksgiving weekend. This outdoor wooded walking trail, suitable for all ages, features trees wrapped in thousands of twinkling lights. Fun for the whole family, take a leisurely half-mile-long stroll through the woods and stare in awe of this enchanted trail.
