To our Summit Owners,
I hope everyone is gearing up for the winter season. Our snow guns are tested and the teams are preparing for another great year. Part of our preparations is making sure our grounds are safe and inviting for all of those that stay at the Summit. We have identified some hazards with our iconic birch trees in the front welcome circle. We have engaged multiple landscaping companies in the hopes to save these weather damaged birches however; it seems they have lived out their useful life. We will be removing the worst of the damaged birches and leaving what we can through this winter. We have also asked a landscaping company to assist with a long-term replacement plan to reinvigorate your arrival experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out for questions or concerns.
Warm Regards
Bryan Kendall
