Town of Newry Tax Update

Dear Grand Summit Hotel Quarter Share Owner,

In accordance with the town of Newry Taxation of Timeshare Units Ordinance, the Grand Summit at Sunday River Owners Association will now be billing and collecting the yearly property taxes on your Grand Summit Hotel quarter share unit for the town of Newry. This ordinance commenced on July 1, 2021, your first bill will be sent on September 1, 2021 and payments should be made to the Grand Summit at Sunday River Owners Association.

Any outstanding taxes for the period prior to July 1, 2021 should be paid directly to the town of Newry (phone: 207-824-3123).
