Joelle Varnum With temperatures in the 90s this week, it is clear that summer is upon us. There might not be any snow left, but there are lots of exciting things happening here in the Western Maine Mountains!
The Sunday River Golf Club is open for the season and the course is in fantastic shape. Tee times are available to book online and the earlier you book, the more you’ll save. The Pro Shop is freshly stocked with all new gear, and The Clubhouse is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with happy hour specials Sunday-Thursday from 5P-7P.
Scenic Lift Rides are reopening for the summer as of Sunday, July 4th. Lift rides will be available from 10AM-4PM on Saturdays and Sundays until mid-October.
The fun doesn’t have to stop there! Now is a great time to get out and explore all of the activities the mountains have to offer in our less snowy months!
If you need a little rejuvenation from all of your summer fun, The Jordan Spa will be reopening on July 1st for massage and facial services! Daily hours of operation coming soon!
Resort dining and shopping options are also reopening for the summer. At the Grand Summit, be sure to grab your breakfast from CAMP and stop by the Kuhl Store for the latest in logo wear!
