Dear Summit Owners, 

Thank you to all who participated in the Grand Summit Condominium Owners’ Association election and Annual Meeting. This year, we had seven candidates running for three open positions on the executive board. 

Sean Carpenter, Karen Geraghty and Joyce LaRoche have been reelected to serve on the board of directors. 

There were a total of 123 ballots cast with the following votes: 

Sean Carpenter – 87 votes, 12.6% of the total residential voting interest 

Karen Geraghty – 83 votes, 12.1% of the total residential voting interest 

Joyce LaRoche – 70 votes, 10.2% of the total residential voting interest 

Jon Boutet – 47 votes, 7% of the total residential voting interest 

Tracey Greenwood – 43 votes, 6.4% of the total residential voting interest 

Scott Akerman – 33 votes, 4.9% of the total residential voting interest 

Joy Rende – 2 votes, .3% of the total residential voting interest
