We are pleased to inform you that the Grand Summit Condominium Owners’ Association budget for fiscal year 2027 has been officially approved. 59 owners voted to approve the budget, and no owners voted against the budget.
The Budget Presentation and Sunday River Management Report from last night’s meeting can be found on the Owners’ website. As a reminder, all Annual meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and Management Reports, are available in the secure section of the Owners’ website.
Thank you to all who attended the Annual Budget meeting and contributed to the review and discussion. Your engagement and continued support are much appreciated as we move ahead into the fiscal year starting on May 1.
