Temporary Issue Accessing the Owner Relations Portal

UPDATE 3/1/2025 2:00PM: We are pleased to inform you that the email delivery delays impacting MFA and password reset messages for the Owner Portals have been resolved. We are no longer observing delivery delays, and email functionality has returned to normal operation.

Dear Owners, 

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting access to the Owner Relations Portal. At this time, there is an issue affecting email delivery that may result in delays in receiving Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and password reset emails for Owners attempting to access the Owner Portal. This appears to be related to a broader Microsoft service disruption. 

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as it is resolved.
