Owner Services is always looking for ways to better support you and make connecting with us as easy and efficient as possible.
To help ensure we’re available when you need us, and to allow flexibility to work between both hotels, we are excited to introduce a new appointment booking option for Owner Services.
Owners may now schedule time with our team for:
- 📞 Phone appointments
- 💻 Virtual meetings
- 🏢 In-person meetings
Appointments can be booked in advance using our new scheduling link, allowing us to prepare for your questions and give you our full attention during your visit or call.
For your convenience:
- Links to our booking page will be available on the Owner Portal and Owners Websites
- QR codes will be available at the Front Desks and outside of the Owner Services offices
- If you stop by and we are assisting owners at another location, simply scan the code to schedule a time that works best for you
