You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 9:00 am, to be held via Zoom and in person at the Grand Summit.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting according to the bylaws of the Association is to elect new member(s) to the Executive Board and to provide a year-end financial report for the previous fiscal year (in this case, the year ended 04/30/25).
There is one (1) opening on the Executive Board, and one owner is interested in serving. Attached is the letter of interest from the candidate. (The term of Cindie Aadland is expiring, and she is not running for re-election.)

- Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by e-mailing them to Owner Services at ownerservices@sundayriver.com. It must arrive on or before 5PM on Friday, September 19, 2025; or
- Submit your vote during the Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, via Zoom or in person.
