Hello Valued Grand Summit Owners!
The Annual Property Tax Bill was sent on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. The first half of the bill is due by September 30th, 2025.
To pay your tax bill, there are a few options;
1. You can mail a check made out to the Grand Summit Condo Association with the memo ‘Property Tax‘. This payment can be mailed to PO Box 4500 Newry, ME 04261.
2. You can now pay your Property Tax bills online – https://securepayment.link/summitowners/.
3. If you apply rental income and you have a credit balance, you can transfer your credit to pay your property tax. If you wish to move your credit balance, please notify Owner Services via email at ownerservices@sundayriver.com.
