NOTICE: There will be one (1) open position on the Executive Board of the Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association, as of the annual meeting on September 20th, 2025. These are elected positions and are open to all Grand Summit Hotel homeowners in good standing.
If you are interested in running for the Summit Condominium Owners Association Board of Directors, please submit a letter of interest and brief resume to Owner Services, via email at ownerservices@sundayriver.com, with a copy to the board’s secretary, Joyce LaRoche at grandsummitjoyce@gmail.com. Letters and resumes need to be received no later than Thursday, August 21st, 2025, to be processed for the annual meeting in September.
Responsibilities of board members include attending the annual meeting in September, the annual budget meeting held in the spring, and regular board meetings periodically throughout the year to conduct official board business. Officers are elected immediately following the annual meeting in September.
