Joelle Varnum We’re excited to share that the Grand Summit Hotel has officially begun a major WiFi expansion project to significantly enhance connectivity across the property.
Work began in May and will continue wing by wing, with the project expected to be complete by mid-July. This upgrade will double the current network’s capacity and coverage. To improve reliability and signal strength, new Access Point (AP) units will be installed inside guest rooms rather than in hallways.
As part of this work, select rooms will be taken out of order for short periods to allow for equipment installation and finishing maintenance. We are working closely with our teams to minimize the impact on hotel operations and room availability as much as possible.
