We are pleased to inform you that the Grand Summit Condominium Owners’ Association budget for FY25–26 has been officially approved. 62 owners voted to approve the budget, 10 owners voted to reject the budget.
Thank you to all who attended yesterday’s meeting and contributed to the review and discussion. Your engagement and continued support are greatly appreciated as we move confidently into the new fiscal year.
