Dec. 7 Special Meeting Vote Results

Thank you to all who participated in the Grand Summit Homeowners’ Special Meeting Vote to recall three residential board members. The bylaws require 50% +1 of deeded unit owners to vote yes in order for it to pass. 

Of the 676 quarter-share units at the Summit, 489 units cast votes.  There were 281 (41.17%) votes in favor of recalling three board members and 208 (26.34%) votes against the recall. Therefore, the recall motion failed.
