Announcing Online Maintenance Fee Payment Option

Dear Valued Owner,  

We are thrilled to announce that beginning on November 15, 2024, you may now pay your Maintenance Fees (dues) and Property Tax bills online!  

The payment page will also be linked at the top of SummitOwners.net.

Other Options –  

·        You mail continue to pay via check, made out to Grand Summit Condo Association.  

o   Checks may be mailed to Owner Services – P.O. Box 4500 Newry, ME 04261. 

·        Owner Services can assist with your credit card payment over the phone, however the below fees will now apply.  

When Making a Payment you will have the option to pay via Credit Card or Electronic Funds / wire transfer via ACH. 

You will be asked to complete;  

·        First & Last Name (required)  

·        Unit Number (required) 

·        Quarter (required) 

·        Account # (required, can be found on your quarterly bill) 

·        Invoice # (optional, can be found on your quarterly bill) 

If making payment by electronic funds transfer, you will need to provide your bank routing number and checking or savings account number.

Payment Amount – You may choose to pay your bill in full, as invoiced, or submit a partial payment. Please note, late fees begin to accrue if the full payment is not received 30 days following the invoice date (invoice dates are February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st).  

Service Fee – If paying by card, there will be a 3% service fee added onto your online payment. If paying by ACH, there will be a 1% service fee added onto your online payment.
