Dear Valued Summit Owner,
It has been just over a week since a storm left a significant impact on Sunday River. We wanted to provide an update on resort operations and the future of access to the Grand Summit.
Sunday River reopened for skiing on Saturday and expanded our operations to South Ridge today. The Summit has been ski in and out since reopening the resort. For the most up to date information about resort operations, visit Mountain Report – Sunday River.
The hotel has had access via a one lane, temporary bridge since Thursday afternoon. Today, work begins on a temporary two-lane bridge that will remain in place through the end of the ski season. With crews working around the clock, two lane access to the hotel is expected to be completed before the New Year and NOT restrict access to the hotel for any significant amounts of time.
