Good afternoon, Valued Grand Summit Owners!

We hope you are enjoying your Summer.

This is a friendly reminder that your Annual Property Tax Bill was mailed Friday, September 1st. Your bill is due by October 1st. To pay your tax bill, there are a few options.

1. You can mail a check made out to the Grand Summit Condo Association with the memo ‘Property Tax‘. This payment can be mailed to PO Box 4500 Newry, ME 04261.
2. You can call Owner Services to make a credit card payment over the phone, (207)824-5307.
3. If you apply rental income and you have a credit balance, you can transfer your credit to pay your property tax. If you wish to move your credit balance, please email or call Owner Services. 207-824-5307 ownerservices@sundayriver.com
