The purpose of this meeting according to the bylaws of the Association is to elect new members to the executive board and to provide a year-end Treasurer’s Report for the past year.
There are three (3) openings on the executive board. Attached are the letters of interest for the candidates for the open positions.

- Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by mailing them to the Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association, P.O. Box 4500, Newry, Maine 04261, which must arrival on or before 5PM on September 22, 2023; or
- Submit your vote via E-Mail during the Annual Meeting scheduled for September 23rd, 2023 at 9:00AM via Microsoft Teams.
