Notice of Open Positions on the Board of Directors
Please be aware, there will be three (3) open positions on the Executive Board of the Summit Condominium Owner’s Association (SCOA), as of the annual meeting on September 23rd, 2023. These are elected positions and are open to all SCOA quartershare owners in good standing.
The terms of Karen Geraghty, Sean Carpenter, and Corey Lewis are expiring, and Karen Geraghty and Sean Carpenter are running for re-election.
If you are interested in running for the SCOA Board of Directors, please submit letter of interest and brief resume to Owner Services, via email at ownerservices@sundayriver.com and copy the board’s secretary, Cindie Aadland, grandsummitcindie@gmail.com. Resumes need to be received by Friday, August 18th, 2023.
Responsibilities of board members include attending the annual meeting in September, the annual budget meeting held in the spring, and monthly board meetings. The board also meets other times during the year and conference calls are scheduled periodically to attend to any outstanding business. Officers are elected following the annual meeting.
