GRAND SUMMIT RENOVATION VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSIONS
The GSHOA Board has been working diligently to align all aspects of the project in order to provide Owners with the necessary information and the opportunity to visit the Model Room for a firsthand experience of the vision for the future. The Board has also put together an experienced Renovation Project Team that will execute the room renovation project.
The next important step in realizing the promise of an exciting and long-awaited renovation of the Grand Summit is to gain approval from the majority of all owners to fund this phase of the project with a loan where payments are built into our budget similar to how other capital projects are funded. We must gain a 50% + 1 majority approval of you, ALL OWNERS. The magic number is 339 unit Owners voting YES. This vote will take place in a virtual meeting and by proxy of votes received over a period of a few weeks leading up to the meeting date on for Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m via Microsoft Teams.
We encourage you to attend one of our upcoming Grand Summit Renovation Virtual Information Sessions. As noted above, there are three info sessions scheduled and the first one is Tuesday, June 6 at 5pm. The other two are June 10 and 14 (see above). At these meetings you will have an opportunity to hear more about the scope of the renovation project, funding for the project and how to vote and ask questions of our HOA Executive Board. Please join us to learn more about the exciting potential future of the Grand Summit!
