The Grand Summit Home Owners’ Association (GSHOA) Board is pleased to provide you with important information regarding the progress, status, information sessions, and special membership meeting regarding the Owner Room Renovation Project.
Progress: The GSHOA Board has been working diligently to align all aspects of the project in order to provide Owners with the necessary information and the opportunity to visit the Model Room for a firsthand experience of the vision for the future.
Status: The next important step is to gain approval from the majority of ALL owners to fund the room renovation with a loan. We need your participation, every vote matters!

Each owner who participates/attends an information session will be entered in a drawing for a gift card in the amount of $100 for Camp Restaurant!
SAVE THE DATE! Special Membership Meeting: A virtual, special meeting of the Sunday River Homeowners’ Association is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the renovation project, the board will be looking for approval from the majority of all owners to fund and proceed with the renovations.
Proxy/Ballot: Owners will be able to vote in three ways – by submitting your electronic proxy/ballot, by mailing your ballot or by attending the virtual special meeting on June 28. Voting will open after the first Renovation Information Session.
Owners who submit a proxy vote by June 16 will be entered to win one of 2 items – a gift certificate for unit rental fee for 1 week’s stay – a gift certificate for greens fees for 2 at Sunday River Golf Course!
We thank you for your attention to this important initiative. The GSHOA Board is committed to providing transparency throughout this project, protecting owner assets, and continuously doing what we can to elevate the Grand Summit experience for owners and all guests.
