Joelle Varnum Thank you all for your interest and continued commitment to the success of the Grand Summit Hotel.
The Grand Summit HOA received 42 bids on the 7 auction units. All winning/high bidders have been notified, and once all units have closed, we will post the winning bids for each unit.
Overall, the HOA was able to secure $65,601 from the sales of these units. These funds will be used to offset bad debt and legal fees.
Thank you again for your commitment to the Grand Summit.
