Grand Summit Hotel Owners,
We experienced a fire alarm in the early morning hours of Monday 2/6/23 and apologize for the disruption. Hotel staff, public safety, and the local fire department were on scene to ensure that the building was safe for occupancy. Please know there was no fire in the building.
The alarm caused the sprinkler system to engage in the East Wing. As a result we experienced water damage in the hallways of the fourth, third and second floors of the East Wing. Bob, our Maintenance Manager, and team as well as a professional carpet cleaning team are onsite to begin the clean up. Our fire suppression company has been on hand today to correct the issue.
