Dear Valued Owners,
The Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association Board of Directors would like to extend an exclusive offer to the current quartershare owners at the Grand Summit Hotel. The Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association has assumed ownership of the two quartershare units referenced below and the Board is offering these units in a Sealed-Bid Auction for current owners in good standing. If you would like to bid on the units described on the following page, please submit your bid on the enclosed forms.

All bids are due by December 9th, 2022. Each quartershare will be awarded to the highest bidder, who must be an existing Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association member in good standing.
Bids will remain sealed and will be opened on December 10th, 2022. The highest bidder will be contacted by Friday, December 16th.
