As we look ahead to next winter and beyond, it is time for the annual submission of your owner calendars and our annual owner survey.
We have released the Owner Calendars through 2025. Please submit your updated Owner Calendars by July 1, 2022. If no calendars are received, weeks not previously blocked for owner usage will default to the rental program. Thank you for your prompt attention to submitting your Owner Calendar update.
We are again offering the option to submit your calendars online, via email or via mail.
Submit Your Calendars Online – Log into your account on summitowners.net and go to the calendar page under owner resources. Once you are there, you may select each year for your owned quarter, fill out the form and press submit. If you need any assistance with your log in please contact Owner Services.
Submit Your Calendars via Email or Mail – PDF versions of the calendars can be found in the Owner’s Calendar section of the webpage, or can be requested via email. Please open, print, fill out and return your calendars via email to Owner Services or via mail to:

We want your feedback! Please complete our annual Owner Survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and valued by our team. We are always looking to improve our guest service, amenities and overall hotel experience for our owners and guests. Your feedback plays a significant role in developing our goals for the future. Owners who complete the survey by Friday, June 17th will be entered to win a Sunday River prize pack. One winner will be selected from each hotel and winners will be announced on Monday, June 20th.
