Direct Deposit for Rental Income Now Available!
Your Grand Summit Hotel Owner Services Team is very excited to now offer the option of direct deposit for your monthly rental revenue!
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO ME AS AN OWNER?
No more waiting for your revenue payment check to arrive in the mail each month. The Owner Services accounting team will directly deposit your revenue into the account of your choice each month.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT?
No, at this time, the Direct Deposit Program is not a requirement. If you choose not to enroll, you will continue to receive your owner revenue payments via a mailed check each month.

-NEW Farmhouse Fresh Honey Glaze Foot Cocoon (15-min/$25) feet are gently exfoliated using the Sweet Cream sea salt scrub, then they are drizzled with the super hydrating and nourishing honey heel glaze foot mask, and wrapped in a warm, steamed cocoon, where the product is left to set for several minutes in a bath of live papaya and pineapple cells. The mask is finally removed to reveal youthful and softened soles. See our retail store to purchase items used in service for at-home care in between treatments.
Owner Stay Breakfast Option
We are now offering a discounted owners rate for Buffet Breakfast at Camp. For $20.00 per person, inclusive of tip and tax, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast before you hit the slopes. This option can be added for all members of your group for your whole stay at check-in or by emailing Owner Services prior to your arrival.
Exclusive Owner Check In
We will be bringing back dedicated Owner Check-In for select Fridays through out the winter. Swing into the Owner Services office for priority check in and say “hi” to your Owner Services team.
Please note at this time we are asking all Owners to wear a mask and one party at a time if they will be stopping by the Owner Services office.
Owner check in will be offered until 8pm on Friday, February 25 and Friday, March 18.

Winter Events at Sunday River
Fun can be found all throughout the resort. Be sure to join in on the fun by joining us for one of the resorts many winter events!
Be sure not to miss Owner Services favorite resort event, the weekly fireworks at South Ridge! Held most Saturdays and select mid week nights throughout the winter, Sunday River’s fireworks show is a fantastic way to cap off a day of skiing!
Congratulations Betty!
After the release of her book Betty the Yeti comes to life with Betty’s Treats and Treasures. Located at the base of South Ridge the shop is easy to spot by the picture-perfect purple gondola out front. Be sure to stop in and check out all the candy, sweets, treats, and Sunday River gifts!

From Sunday River to downtown Bethel there are a number of wonderful restaurants serving up a variety of fantastic eats. Including the Grand Summit’s very own Camp. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner Camp is serving comfort food & sophisticated Maine specialties.

Are you Ready to Hit the Slopes?
Winter is here. If you have not already purchased your lift tickets yet, be sure to purchase soon to lock in the best possible pricing!
Don’t forget to use the Stay & Save discounted lift tickets. As a benefit of ownership all owners are eligible for the stay and save discount for skiing during their stays. All you need is your reservation number handy when your are purchasing your tickets. Tickets must be purchased online and the earlier you buy, the more you save!
