Preparations for Tax Season

As we near the Holiday Season, before we know it tax season will be upon us!

Please make sure we have your updated W9 information so we may send out accurate documents for your tax purposes.

If you are interested in applying your rental income to your quarterly maintenance fees please also fill out an Assignment of Rental Income Form. This will allow the Grand Summit Condominium Owners Association to directly apply any rental income to your maintenance fees.
