Any unit for which a current calendar is not on file will default to the rental pool for all dates.

Housekeeping Rates: At times of owner use and/or owner guest use, owner is responsible for housekeeping fees based on room type.

CHECK-IN
Summer – 4PM | Winter – 4PM Midweek / 5PM Weekends & Vacation Weeks
To request an early arrival, please text the front desk, (207)218-0056.

CHECK-OUT
-Checkout time is 10:30AM.
-Owners may request a late checkout with the front desk on the day of departure.
-If available, a complimentary late checkout may be granted until 11AM.
-If available, a checkout later than 11AM may be granted for an additional fee.

EARLY DEPARTURE
-Owners may choose to depart prior to their scheduled date of departure.
-No charge when departing before 3PM.
-After 3PM, owner responsible for the cost of the night’s owner fee.
-Owners should be sure to check out with the Front Desk when they are departing their unit (additional fees may apply if the unit remains checked in).
