NEW Owner Relations Portal
In early September 2025 we launched our new Owner Portal, a comprehensive online platform designed to enhance your rental management experience and provide you with greater control and transparency over your rental unit. You will receive your login credentials via email once the system is live!
New Owner Portal Features
Improved Self-Service Owner Reservations
The new Owner Portal offers an improved owner reservation booking platform. You can now more easily book, cancel or modify your owner reservations through the portal. Simply select your desired dates, answer a few reservation questions, and the system will automatically block those dates and handle all necessary adjustments to your rental calendar.
The system also allows for improved functionality for lockout unit owners, allowing you to book, cancel or modify reservations for both units or just one unit all through the portal.
PLEASE NOTE: This feature is not 100% live yet causing the calendar and some owner reservations to improperly display. Please contact ownerservices@sundayriver.com with any questions or to verify current reservations and room availability.
Enhanced Communication Platform
Our improved messaging system allows for seamless communication between you and the Owner Services team.
Improved Rental Income Statements
Access detailed, easy-to-read financial statements that provide new insights into your unit’s performance.
Rental income statements and payments will now be from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
Important Policy Updates
Electronic Statements
Once we go live, electronic, monthly rental income statements will be available through the new Owner Portal. You will receive an email notification when your monthly statement is ready for viewing in the Owner Portal allowing us to provide you with fast access to your financial information while supporting our environmental sustainability efforts.
ACH Direct Deposit Enrollment
If you haven’t already, we strongly encourage all owners to enroll in ACH direct deposit for faster, more secure payment processing. ACH deposits typically arrive much sooner than traditional checks and eliminate the risk of lost or delayed mail. You can easily make a request to set up ACH deposits by emailing ownerservices@sundayriver.com.
Updated 1099 Reporting
Please note an important change to our year-end tax reporting: Beginning with the 2025 tax year, your 1099 will reflect gross rental revenue rather than net revenue as reported previously. This change aligns with standard industry practices and provides you with more comprehensive tax documentation. We recommend consulting with your tax professional to understand how this change may affect your tax preparation.

Login Information:
To access this new site, go to https://boyneresorts.ownerrelations.com/
Log in credentials have been sent and come from DoNotReply@OwnerRelations.com. Please check your spam or junk folder in case it is filtered there. Your temporary password will expire after 24 hours. If needed, you may use the password reset option during your initial login.
Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password. Please enter a password containing a minimum of 12 alphanumeric characters (case-sensitive).
