There will be one (1) open position on the Executive Board of the Grand Summit at Sunday River Owners Association, as of the annual meeting on September 17th, 2022. These are elected positions and are open to all Grand Summit Hotel homeowners in good standing.
The term of Cindie Aadland is expiring. Cindie has expressed interest in running for re-election.
If you are interested in running for the Grand Summit Board of Directors, please submit a brief resume to Bryan Kendall, General Manager of the Grand Summit Hotel, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and copy to the board’s secretary, Cindie Aadland, email@example.com. Resumes need to be received by Friday, August 19th, 2022 in order to be processed for the annual meeting in September.
Responsibilities of board members include attending the annual meeting in September and the annual budget meeting held in the spring. The board also meets several times during the calendar year and conference calls are scheduled intermittently to attend to any outstanding business. Officers are elected immediately following the annual meeting in September.
